We have taken a major step forward in the fight against Sadiq Khan’s disastrous ULEZ tax, with the High Court ruling that there is sufficient evidence that Sadiq Khan's ULEZ decision may have been unlawful, and he will be forced to face trial in July.
Thanks to the hard work of the five Conservative councils who brought this case forward, the court will now rule whether his decision was unlawful.
The Mayor must listen to the thousands of Londoners who have stood against his London-wide ULEZ, do the right thing, and stop his August expansion.
